Mural pictures (so far!)
Wooot!
Warning: not dial-up friendly. Doh!

This is what you first see when you turn the corner. The mural is two walls across from each other in a hallway, and there'll be a motto over the archway later. (The motto was something like, "The old age of an eagle is better than the youth of a sparrow." Don't ask, I didn't pick it. Heh!)
On another note, I started that eagle today! But I don't have a picture of him painted.

Detail of the pines!

Detail of the... leafy trees! I haven't finished these ones yet.

The opposite side of the hallway. The flag (which will have stars eventually), is being carried by two eagles. The two eagles are... being evil. I dunno if you can tell, but I've redone them about ten times. Doh!

Detail of the reflection in the water.

An owl!! One of the residents demanded that owls are waaaaaaaaaaaaay cooler than eagles, so owl it is! It's an eagle owl. Funny, eh? Hee!

The mountain behind him. (Sorry these last two pics are blurry!!)

This is in between a doorway and a window (to the RN's office).

And this is the lower half! Yay, eagle! (I still have to add the feet--shhh!)
ladyofshadow may appreciate the waterfall. (But to honest, I'm not finished with that, either. Hee!)

Part of a sketch at the far end. There's also a sketch I forgot to take a picture of at the beginning with an eagle on a branch. ^^
Now you know why it's taking me so friggin long! Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah! *flail*
To be honest, I'm really, really nervous... but everyone likes it, so who cares? ^^
EDIT: OMG, I forgot!! Cinderzol, you wonderful, squishable, loverly person, you!! I got your card! That was so sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet!! *finds your email to thank you properly* I wuffles you!!

What are you worried about? THESE ARE SUPERLATIVE.
(Which reminds me, how much to have you do my school projects for me? My creative force shrivels to hobbyist tinkering next to your artistic awesomeness.)
I'm glad you think they're SUPERLATIVE, because that means it's awesomecakes! Yaaaaaaaaaaaay! Hee!
(Still nervous, but what the heck, I can milk! *milks you for ego boostage* ^^)
LOL noooo can't do your homework for you, you bad person! *waggles finger* We all have creativeness inside us! Sometimes you just need a drill or three! *gets you a bright yellow construction hat and starts hacking*
*composes self*
OMG, you're so talented! I love how everything is turning out so far. ^___^ They are truly lucky to have you do this mural.
(I also love the reflection of the flag in the water) ^__^!!
Keep up the great work!
That's so sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet, though! I'm glad you like it! Was REALLY nervous when I started, and I'm still not happy with some things, but getting there. ^^
Yay reflection! I love that part too. Hee!
Glad you like them! Still nervous, but everyone seems happy, so it's all good. ^^
It's somehow slightly scary and has a certain allure, like stepping into a fairy tale world even though it's obviously a depiction of the real one. Just amazing.
*huggers!*
