Well, the Courier (I think, either that or the SLV one) wants to put me in the paper!! Apparently, they've been taking pictures of the mural in progress at the vet's center and when I finish, they're gonna do an interview!! Dude!! Can you believe it!?!?!

It's only a small paper, but OMG!!!!

I faint now.


I'll be online around 8-9 my time, girls!

COOL!!! It's fun to get into the local paper!! And you've done such a great thing by doing that mural that it brings such joy to all who see it and see you work on it. *sniffles* You rock!! (naturally, I expect to see a photo of the newspaper clipping in your journal, lol! :P)

Yesh!! It's the benefit of living in a small town, man!! I have a feeling if I were still back east, it wouldn't be nearly this easy, but I'm super excited! Finally, things are seriously working out. *sniffles!!*

But yeah, that's my major motivation for working on it. Knowing that the veterans and the ladies staying there really enjoy seeing the walls something other than white--it makes me sniffle. More than once, I was told that having the building not-so-institutionalized is pulling some residents out of their depression. It just makes their day, and it's incredible to be a part of that. I'm savoring all the moments. ^^

And yesh, I'm TOTALLY gonna have the newspaper clipping up here! :D
